This page lists activated devices only. A summary includes the employee profile picture, device name and model, and installed software version. Clicking the plus sign (+) at the top right will expand this list to show license expiration date and the last connected time. The last connected time indicates the last log update from each device.

You can also see the online status of each device.  A green dot next to the device avatar indicates an active connection or log upload within the past 10 minutes. Active desktop computers with an Internet connection should maintain an online connection status. Active mobile devices should indicate a connected status at least once per every hour.

The Action menu at the end of each listing provides shortcuts to each Device Dashboard, Add to the Favorite Employees list, Deactivate the device (stop all tracking and free the license), Update the KnowIT software version, and to remotely Uninstall the software from the device.

Deactivation will delete all logs in the current device account. It is recommended to Deactivate before Uninstalling. However if you do not uninstall, you may re-activate the same device with any available license in the future by entering *#900900900 and pressing enter on the keyboard, to bring up the Activation window again.

You may also find all active and inactive licenses under the Main Menu > Tools > Your Licenses menu.
