Call Reports Page
On this page, you can view all Call Reports and find out which employees make the most calls, and to whom.
There are 2 main areas as follows:
- View Most Calls by Employee
- View Most Called Contacts
View Most Calls by Employee
See which employees are making the most calls and the duration - filter by date range.
View Most Called Contacts
View a list of most called contacts and get information such as name, phone number, and call duration.
