Call Usage Summary

On this page, you can view a summary of calls by all employees.

The are summary data is as follows:

1. Total Calls - This is the total number of calls made or received by each employee. 
2. Inbound Calls - This is the number of calls that an employee received on their assigned mobile devices.
   
3. Outbound Calls - This is the number of calls that an employee made using their assigned mobile devices.
4. Average Duration - The average time an employee spent on calls made and received.
   
5. Total Duration - The total duration that an employee spent on calls. 

Any statistics of calls made or received on devices which haven't been assigned will be grouped as "Unassigned Mobile Devices".
