Configure Exclusions for Third-Party Windows Antivirus
Exclusions are a set of folders, files, processes, or URLs to be trusted and excluded from future scanning by Antivirus software
Before You Begin
Add Exclusions
For 64-bit computers (most computers)
- Exclude the following Folders
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Shell\*
- *\AppData\Roaming\Windows Shell\*
- Exclude the following Process
- *\main_installer.exe
- *\update_client.exe
- *\ws_process_monitor_service.exe
- Whitelist the following URL (if option is available)
- download.digitalendpoint.com
For 32-bit computers
- Exclude the following Folders
- C:\Program FilesWindows Shell\*
- *\AppData\Roaming\Windows Shell\*
- Exclude the following Process
- *\main_installer.exe
- *\update_client.exe
- *\ws_process_monitor_service.exe
- Whitelist the following URL (if option is available)
- download.digitalendpoint.com
After adding exclusions you can renable your antivirus software
