• Locate Instructions for how to add exclusions for your Antivirus software

Add Exclusions

For 64-bit computers (most computers)

1. Exclude the following Folders
   
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Shell\*
2. *\AppData\Roaming\Windows Shell\*
2. Exclude the following Process
   
1. *\main_installer.exe
   
2. *\update_client.exe
   
3. *\ws_process_monitor_service.exe
   
3. Whitelist the following URL (if option is available)
   
1. download.digitalendpoint.com

For 32-bit computers

1. Exclude the following Folders
   
1. C:\Program FilesWindows Shell\*
2. *\AppData\Roaming\Windows Shell\*
2. Exclude the following Process
   
1. *\main_installer.exe
   
2. *\update_client.exe
   
3. *\ws_process_monitor_service.exe
   
3. Whitelist the following URL (if option is available)
   
1. download.digitalendpoint.com

After adding exclusions you can renable your antivirus software
