Connection & Capturing

PREVIOUS: Navigating the KnowIT Control Center

Set the Internet connection that should be used, and use the two sliders to configure the reporting schedule.

The two sliders are used together to set an either/or timing schedule. Setting 10 events and 1 hour results in the software reporting logs every 1 hour, or as soon as 10 events are captured (between all active trackers), whichever happens first. If you prefer real time reporting, just set the Number of Events to 1. Then your logs will report immediately with each captured event, regardless of the Number of Minutes set.
