Email Reports
This page can be accessed as follows:
- Click the Main Menu tab from any page.
- Click Tools .
- Click Email Reports .
Here you may set the email address KnowIT will send reports to, and select an applicable timezone.
Report Settings
Only one email address may be entered to receive scheduled reports.
- Click the edit icon to enter the email address the report should be sent to
- Click the drop-down bar to select your time zone
- Reports are automatically sent at 09:00 of the timezone selected
Scheduled Email Reports
Click Settings to choose the employee devices whose reports you wish to receive.
Click the Schedule drop-down to select the automated delivery schedule.
