KnowIT Account Setup Guide

After you've successfully installed and activated KnowIT, it's time to setup your KnowIT Account. This will allow you to receive reports and is required to get the most of KnowIT.

The Account Setup is just six steps:
  1. Set Timezone
  2. Updating User ID and Password (to something more memorable)
  3. Update Company Profile
  4. Setting Default Company Working Hours
  5. Setting Company Holidays
  6. Setting Alerts

Getting Started

  1. After activating, you should see the 'Account Setup Wizard', however if you don't, you can click here
  2. Click 'Start Wizard' to begin account setup
  3. Set Timezone
  4. Update User ID and Password to something more memorable
  5. Update Company Profile. This information will be displayed inside your KnowIT Portal
  6. Set Company Default Working Hours
  7. Set Company Holidays
  8. Set up common Alerts
  9. Congratulations! You've successfully setup your KnowIT account. Click 'Done'.
