LOCATION CONTROLS (mobile devices)

Here you can set the timer for how frequently KnowIT should monitor the location of the device. Move the slider between once every 10 seconds to once every 1 hour. This timer is only used for Location Tracking. All logs are reported into your dashboard according to the report timer settings in the Connection & Capturing section.

Buttons are also available to “Update Now” an immediate current location, as well as to turn On or Off the Location Tracking service.
