\Watch our video tutorial to see how Company Work Days and individual Employee Schedules are managed.
Here you can set an individual work schedule for the specific employee. Set the employee’s working days, plus the daily start and end times.
Break Allowance is the total amount of time the employee is allowed to be logged out and not working during the defined workday schedule. The default is 1.5 hours which assumes a 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
These settings are used for accounting in the Attendance and Productivity Reports sections. Click the “Add Holiday” button to set days which should be exempted from attendance reporting.
IMPORTANT:
Settings saved here will override the default company work schedule which applies to all employees, set from Main Menu > Account > Company Information >Set Work Days.
