Most Calls By Employee Page
On this page, you can see see the Most Calls By Employee - including call durations and the most active callers.
There are two main areas as follows:
- Click to View Most Called Contacts
- View Call Duration Detail
Click to View Most Called Contacts
Click on each employee's name to view their most called contacts.
View Call Duration Detail
Hover over the graph to view the percentage of total call duration an employee is taking up.
