Updating Your Billing Information


If your payment method is declined by our Payment Provider, your KnowIT subscription can not be renewed automatically until you change or update your payment method.
The most common reasons for failed payments are: insufficient funds, the existing card expired or your card has a new number or security code.

You can change payment card yourself inside your account, or our support team will be happy to assist and can provide more information about how, when and why a previous payment failed.

Changing the payment method inside your KnowIT account

  1. Navigate to Menu ( )  ➔  Tools  ➔  Billing
  2. In the Payment Details panel, click Change  
  3. Enter your updated card details, then click Save

Maybe you'd like more information about why the payment failed or have been locked out of your account. Either way, our support team will be happy to get your subscription back up and running. Please get in touch with our support team. They will be able to let know know the reason your card was declined, and also send you details for how to resolve the issue and update your card information.
