All Devices Page

This is where you can view all the activated devices on your network – allowing you to see timestamps, workgroups, employee profile picture, device name and model, and installed software version.

There are five main areas on this page, as follows:
  1. View Selector
  2. Add New Device
  3. Device Profile
  4. Search Bar 
  5. Action Menu

View Selector 

View devices that have been organized into the groups you’ve created. 

Add New Device

Click ‘Add New Device’ to install KnowIT on PC/Mac, Android, & iPhone/iPad

Device Profile 

Click here to go to each Device’s page. A green dot next to the avatar indicates an active connection or log upload within the past 10 minutes.  
You can search data by device name, group, and model. 

Action Menu

The Action Menu provides shortcuts to edit device, change settings, deactivate, and uninstall.
