Assigned Mobile Devices
In addition to monitoring computers, KnowIT allows employers to monitor activity on company-issued mobile devices.
If your employees have been issued mobile devices with KnowIT installed, you can assign the each device to a specific employee.
Once assigned, all relevant mobile trackers will be available on the employee's tracker page.
To assign a mobile device to an employee, go to the employee's page and click on the Edit icon within the Assigned Devices panel.
From the drop-drown menu, select the device you want to assign to the employee. You can repeat this to assign multiple mobile devices.
When you're done, click Save and you will see that the devices now display on the Employee Dashboard.
All associated mobile trackers will also appear in the employee's dashboard.
