Installing KnowIT Enterprise to a Non-Jailbroken iOS Device

To install the Enterprise non-jailbreak version of KnowIT:

 

             Install:

  1. Visit iphone.digitalendpoint.com (on the iOS device)
  2. Tap the install link and then “Install” when prompted

 

            Trust Application Developer:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Device Management
  2. Select "Digital Endpoint Limited” and tap “Trust”

 

Activate:

  1. Open KnowIT app and Allow permissions as they are requested, these are necessary for monitoring
  2. Enable Location permission with the setting configured to “Always.”
    1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > KnowIT  -> Always
    2. Select "KnowIT" and tap "Always"
  3. Go to Your Licenses page and select the “Available” tab to see your iPhone Enterprise licenses
  4. Activate KnowIT on the device with one of the iPhone Enterprise licenses

 

Note: You cannot activate the Enterprise non-jailbreak version with regular trial licenses.
