Restrictions - Applications & Websites (PC/Mac)

This feature is used for setting up restricted applications or web sites. 

There are 4 possible options from each section, plus a custom message that can be sent to the screen:

- No Action
- Alert me
- Alert me and terminate application (or browser)
- Alert me and shut down computer

If any action is selected, then "Display a custom message" can also be selected and a custom message entered to display to the user's screen.
If "No Action" is chosen, then "Display a custom message" cannot be selected.

1. Choose an Action and set a custom message if you want one to appear.
2. Click "Manage Prohibited Applications" or "Manage Prohibited Websites".
3. Select a Productivity Group to apply your restriction to.
4. At the top right of either the Applications or Websites section, click the edit icon.
5. For Applications, select the chosen application and then click the "Prohibited" button to add it to the Prohibited Applications list.
Other applications already in the list on the right can be directly changed to the Prohibited option.
6. For Websites, select the chosen website and then select the Prohibited option.
7. Click to Save your new settings.
