Mobile Call Recording Page

On this page, you can view details of all VOIP Call Logs sent and received on company mobile devices with KnowIT installed.

There are three main areas as follows
  1. Select Date Range 
  2. Flag VOIP Log
  3. Filter VOIP 

Flag Call Recording

Flag a Call Recording as important or mark it to be listened to later.

Manage Settings 

Manage your Call Recording settings - enable recordings, transcriptions, and manage recorded calls.

Play or Download the Recording

Play the Call Recording in-portal or download it to your device to listen to later. For some devices, you will also be able to get a transcription for the call.
