Desktop File Activity Usage for All Employees
You can get to this report using the navigation bar.
- Click the Main Menu .
- Click Reports .
- Click File Activity Report .
This report shows the total number of files that are created, renamed, copied or deleted by each employee as a pie chart. The pie chart is split in to sections according to the number of times each file action took place and this is displayed as a percentage value.
You can use this report to see which employees are deleting the most data or copying data to other locations that perhaps they shouldn't be. You can filter the data by selecting a start date and end date or choosing one of the displayed date frequencies (e.g. last 7 days) using the calendar buttons displayed on-screen to quickly find the information you are looking for.
