Device Settings Page
The Device Settings page allows you to configure the behavior of each installed and activated KnowIT client.
Click on each category below for more detail:
Configure the frequency of and method for connections to the server.
Send one-off commands to the client to take a number of actions depending on your need.
Update location tracker settings for mobile clients or request current location.
Enable and disable trackers for the selected KnowIT client.
Various diagnostic information that our support team might ask you for if you are having a problem.
